Michalis, member of the Athens Bar (2004), holds a Law degree from the National and Capodestrian University of Athens, where he also obtained his Masters Degree in Commercial Law.
Michalis has a wide experience in private law and has often worked in the fields of contract, company, competition, transportation, as well as in aviation and insurance law.
While his practice includes a wide range of fields, his strong focus rests in the field of
Intellectual Property. Having completed his postgraduate thesis in trademark law (Likelihood of confusion and association in the ECJ case law, 2004), Michalis worked for major Greek IP boutiques, where he handled various IP litigation and prosecution cases, including trademark, copyright, patent, design and domain name infringement.
He often publishes comments on case law in various law reviews and lobbies for IP protection in Greece.
Michalis is the Greek partner of SNB-REACT.
